SUMMARY:Vineyard Vinyasa Yoga Classes at Stone Tree!
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a 60 minute Outdoor Yoga Flow class at the beautiful Stone Tree Farm and Cidery. Walk-ins are always welcome! Come move\, relax and restore while surrounded by scenic views. Classes are open to all experience levels and beginners are always welcome. Classes will include meditation\, breathwork\, sun salutations\, balancing\, and strength building movements. Students will be encouraged to flow at their own pace as they are safely guided through postures. Students are encouraged to bring a mat\, clothing layers\, and water. Blankets and mats will be available as needed. Class will be held under a tent (rain or shine). Stay around after class for a complementary hard cider\, wine\, or wine slushy produced onsite at one of Maine’s fastest growing cidery/winery. \n\n\n\nAbout the Instructor:Niki Lazure has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She started teaching fitness classes in 2003 as a group fitness instructor and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020. She creates a warm\, welcoming\, and inclusive class environment. Niki’s classes encourage body positivity\, listening to our inner wisdom\, and safe alignment principles. She incorporates a variety of styles but is most influenced by vinyasa which connects flowing movements with breath work.
