Stay around after class for a complementary hard cider\, wine\, or wine slushy produced onsite at one of Maine’s fastest growing cidery/winery. \n\n\n\nAbout the Instructor:Niki Lazure has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She started teaching fitness classes in 2003 as a group fitness instructor and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020. She creates a warm\, welcoming\, and inclusive class environment. Niki’s classes encourage body positivity\, listening to our inner wisdom\, and safe alignment principles. She incorporates a variety of styles but is most influenced by vinyasa which connects flowing movements with breath work.
